Occasionally we have an emergency which may require a change in your appointment or a delay in our office. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this situation occur. For your first appointment, you will be given several forms to complete. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the paperwork. Patients returning for subsequent visits, please arrive 15 minutes early. This time allows us to gather your medical history in order to provide the best possible care.

Prescription Refills Policy

When your medication supply is low, please contact your pharmacist for refills. For your safety, we prefer to refill prescriptions through pharmacists. Anticipate any medication needs and obtain written prescriptions from your physician at the time of your office visit. Please allow 24 hours for refill.
