Stephen D. Turker, M.D.

Dr. Stephen Turker earned his Medical Degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York in 1979. He remained at Mount Sinai Hospital to complete his Internship and Residency. He completed his Fellowship in Cardiology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, where he later became Chief Fellow in Cardiology.

Dr. Turker brings over two decades of cardiovascular expertise to The Heart & Vascular Institute of Florida and was the Chief of Staff for Largo Medical Center from 1996 thru 1998. He is board certified with the American Boards of internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Turker sees patients in the Countryside and Dunedin offices.
